Maxime Brygo, born in Dunkerque in 1984, is studying photography at the ENSAV La Cambre in Bruxelles.
His work which ranges from documentary to conceptual art is full of humouristic evocations a bit quirky. He will exhibit large-framed images extracted from his serial work 25 monuments, reflection of the ins and outs of the constitution of a patrimony through photography. The incongruity of his subjective monuments lead us up to question the shaping of memory as a selection process.
